Hotel Mumbai House - Juhu

Well located and with a good social vibe. Excellent bar and restating set up on the 8th and 10th floor. Great party and poolside music ’? nights with a great atmosphere.

We stayed at Hotel Mumbai House for day and the stay was very comfortable. Food has been nice and we enjoyed. Location is also good, close to famous Mumbai Juhu beach and Santacruze West local station. Mr.Amit and other staff have been very polite and supportive.

I stayed at the hotel in January 2026 for three nights and had booked a Family Suite. Overall, the stay was fine, but I was disappointed with the experience on the day of checkout.I requested a small room for 1’2 hours as we needed some extra time before departure. Initially, the staff refused, stating that no rooms were available. However, when I mentioned that I was willing to pay, they suddenly arranged a room for one hour and charged Rs. 2000. After negotiation, they agreed to Rs. 1500 for just one hour.What was most disappointing was the behavior at reception. I was strictly told to vacate the room within exactly one hour, ’not even 5 minutes more,’ which felt quite rude and unprofessional’especially after staying for three nights in a Family Suite.I understand that policies must be followed, but the handling of the situation and the attitude of the staff were not customer-friendly. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves their service approach.

Loved the soothing colours, the comfy bed, and the small touches like a well-curated minibar and a bright bathroom with all essentials in place. I also explored their Suite - airy, elegant and ideal if you like more room to stretch out.The next morning, we headed for their breakfast buffet - a simple, comforting spread with fresh fruits, South Indian favourites, breads, eggs and hot beverages. Exactly the kind of warm, homely breakfast that sets the tone for a slow and peaceful morning.With friendly staff, great location and cosy vibes, Mumbai House Juhu is such a reliable stay option - comfortable, colourful and wonderfully welcoming. From the location to the hospitality, this stay was such a pleasant experience.

I also got a peek into their Suite ’ elegant, roomy, and ideal for travellers who want something extra.Loved the attention to detail across the room - a neatly stocked minibar, a bright & spacious bathroom with all amenities, and the kind of layout that instantly puts you in relaxation mode.Lunch was a total delight: Beetroot Kebabs that were soft, flavourful and plated beautifully, and Nargisi Kofta that was rich, comforting and honestly the highlight of the meal.We happened to visit when an event was happening in their 4000 sq. ft. banquet hall, and the d??cor looked absolutely stunning - such a gorgeous venue for weddings, celebrations or corporate events.If you’re planning a stay in Juhu and want a mix of convenience, comfort and warm hospitality, Mumbai House Juhu is a lovely pick.
