A Wonderful and Relaxing Stay!I had a fantastic experience at this beautiful resort. The lake view was absolutely stunning, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The spa was also excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable.What truly stood out was the exceptional service and hospitality. Every staff member was very kind, friendly, and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their genuine care and attention made us feel truly welcomed and valued.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views, great spa facilities, and excellent hospitality. Resort is simply superb and well maintained. We are disappointed with cancellation of shikaraa ride, which is the very essence of Kumarakom. They would have provided some alternate boat ride in the lake. Out two days stay is void with out this. Also front desk should be pro active in providing local tourist spots events and famous Temple info with timings. We get those details only after enquiring. We missed boat race due to lack of info which happened just a 3km away from resort. It's Onam time, they should have mentioned or displayed all the details at the front desk. It is the same case with malarikkal kottayam. It was my first visit ever to Kumarakom. Anyways I appreciate if you can improve on these points. Stay, Staff and food are excellent

We had a wonderful stay at Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind.
