Very Disappointing Experience ’ Not RecommendedMy stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. The service was pathetic and completely unprofessional. The staff showed little interest in helping guests and were rude and careless in their attitude.The room was in terrible condition. There was a strong, foul smell as soon as I entered, and it was clearly not cleaned properly. The bedsheets, washroom, and floor were dirty, making it very uncomfortable to stay even for a short time. Hygiene and basic cleanliness were completely neglected.Overall, this hotel fails to meet even the minimum standards of hospitality. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place and look for better options elsewhere.

Do NOT fall for the fake-looking 5-star reviews of this hotel. The rooms are absolutely disgusting, the staff is arrogant and unprofessional, and the service is completely useless. This place has zero cleanliness and zero hygiene ’ it felt more like a poorly maintained lodge than a hotel.Dinner was included in our package, yet for all 3 nights we were forced to eat outside because the hotel could not even manage basic food service. After repeated arguments, they showed us ’suite rooms’ to shift, but those were also pathetic and equally dirty. Nothing was improved ’ just another lie to avoid responsibility.I travelled with my family including a 1-year-old baby, and staying here was a nightmare. The rooms smelled horrible, the washrooms were filthy, and even basic things like the flush were not working. We were stuck only because last-minute hotel prices were too high.The only thing this hotel has is a beach-facing location ’ and even that cannot compensate for how terrible everything else is. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This resort was a complete letdown from start to finish. What was advertised as a relaxing getaway turned into an exercise in frustration. The room was dirty, outdated, and clearly not cleaned properly’stained linens, unpleasant smells, and broken fixtures were hard to ignore. Staff were unhelpful and seemed annoyed any time we asked a basic question, which made the experience even worse.The amenities advertised online were either closed, poorly maintained, or nothing like the photos. Food was overpriced and low quality, with limited options and long wait times. Noise levels were out of control, making it impossible to rest, and management showed no interest in fixing issues when they were brought up.For the price, this resort offers shockingly little value. Save your money and your time’there are far better places that actually deliver what they promise.I have booked this room from Agoda.Even they have not responded.We have waited for almost 3 hours to provide room.

WARNING: Avoid this hotel chain in HavelockThis was the worst stay of our entire Andaman trip. Extremely poor service, unhygienic rooms, and terrible food.Check-in was a nightmare ’ after making us wait for over an hour, they claimed our confirmed booking was ’cancelled’ with no explanation or policy. Despite empty rooms being clearly available, we were forced to squeeze four people into one dingy room after a huge argument.Rooms were unhygienic (bed bugs, faulty bathroom door/handle), and food was inedible ’ overly oily, repetitive gravies, and made two of us sick.The so-called private beach is the only plus, but the approach is full of garbage and the beach itself is poorly maintained.Check-out was unprofessional, no proper records’just a piece of paper.Sadly, this wasn’t just us. Almost every group faced the same chaos, waiting endlessly at reception.’’ Feels like a deliberate tactic to create panic during peak season and extract extra money.Strongly NOT recommended.
