Tilar Siro Andamans - CGH Earth

Excellent property! The rooms, pool, and common areas are beautifully finished and well kept. The food and beverage staff were very friendly, though the management could have been better. Overall, I think staying here was a good decision.

I had a fantastic stay at this place; it is well kept, the service and rooms are very nice and clean with a lovely balcony. We really enjoyed the high tea and snacks, loved the pool, and had a great time overall. The beach next to the property is private and pleasant, though a bit small.

If you're planning to stay in the Andamans, especially in Havelock, don't consider any other place; this is the spot, or else you might not fully enjoy your vacation. Alternatively, you could try the Taj property, but no other options are worth it. The beach, food, people, and amenities are all excellent. It would be even better if the resort provided in-house water activities or at least offered life jackets, snorkeling gear, kayaks, etc.

We planned to stay at Tilar Siro at the end of June, hoping to enjoy a nice property, so we booked it. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I urge the management to dedicate some effort to maintaining this property; otherwise, it won't be long before it becomes completely unusable. The staff was also not good. Here are the main issues I faced: the property is only 4 years old but looks much older due to poor upkeep and zero management; the nameplate was hidden behind bamboo bushes, making it hard to find; the room was very dirty, with dusty curtains and cushions so covered in dust that their color turned black. We asked for new pillow covers, which they provided; the ponds and garden were very dirty, and although they claim to offer a nature walk, no one can enjoy it unless they clean the ponds and trees; the food was below average with very limited options, which is unacceptable for a 4-star property, and even during tea time, only fritters were served despite paying 30,000 per night; the price is too high, and the sea view room does not offer a proper view since it is too far from the beach; the breakfast area had no working air conditioning, so we had to eat in normal temperatures.

Out of all four properties we visited on this trip, this was by far the absolute highlight!The Vibe: True luxury embedded in nature.The Rooms: Incredibly clean, beautifully spacious, and featuring an amazing sea view.The Amenities: When bad weather closed Elephant Beach, the resort's stunning infinity pool overlooking the blue sea was the perfect place to spend our days. We never felt like we were missing out!The Food: Fantastic dining options, and the breakfast in particular was a standout.The Service: The staff members were gentle, welcoming, and always had a warm smile on their faces.I am so glad we booked this property.
