Our experience at this hotel was disappointing from beginning to end. We booked through MakeMyTrip for July 29–30, expecting a comfortable stay with basic amenities. Instead, we found no water, no electricity, and a room that was poorly maintained and unsuitable for guests. It was shocking that even basic facilities were missing. The hotel staff made things worse by being rude and disrespectful. They used abusive language, spoke disrespectfully to my father, and argued with our family when we raised concerns. We also saw staff smoking on the premises, showing a lack of professionalism. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we had to leave, return the room key, and find another hotel at our own cost. What should have been a peaceful trip turned stressful and frustrating. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. If you care about hygiene, essential facilities, and respectful service, this place is not worth it. I hope MakeMyTrip investigates and takes action so others don’t have to go through what we did.
