Hotel location is a bit remote but nearby Mahakal temple.. Walkable distance of 10 mins...Rooms were extremely spacious.. You will have nice views inside room... We got 2 queen bed for 4 people(2A,2kids).. Although no tea kettle etc. Anyways, I was not expecting in budget hotel... Staff was not bad but co-operated on your basic needs... AC cooling was best.... Rest, We had a comfortable stay..

Disappointing Family Stay

This hotel is a major scam. I reserved two rooms for my family trip, but they placed us on different floors, making it hard to carry our stuff back and forth. The rooms had a strong drainage odor, which was very unpleasant, so we had to keep using disinfectant repeatedly. Overall, their charges do not match the quality of the rooms and services offered.

Mixed Bathroom & Staff Experience

The room is nice as shown in the photo. 1. The location shared on my WhatsApp was wrong and hard to find, but Ghanshyam bhai helped and picked us up. 2. There are issues with the water pressure in the washroom. 3. All the staff have good behavior except one regular staff member who was very rude. I was 30 to 45 minutes late checking in, and he spoke to me badly as if I had done something very wrong. The problem happened because of the low water pressure in the washroom; after one flush, you have to wait 5 minutes for the second flush. The water pressure is very low everywhere in the washroom, and my shower leaks water to the right side instead of straight. Still, I did not complain about this because I did not want to start my day badly. 4. Washroom issues were found. 5. There is road construction near the hotel, making it hard to reach, but this is not the hotel's fault; it is a government project. 6. There is no proper system for breakfast service: tea comes at 8:15, snacks at 8:30, and coffee after 8:45. The snacks are nice, but the system or process needs improvement. These are the clear points after coming here.
