One of worst experience in this hotel when I reached at hotel morning around 8 O'clock they informed all the rooms are booked so we have to wait until room should vacate. I am waited more than one and half hour there is no single person entered or vacated the room after 9.30 am provided me a room. I booked room with morning breakfast next day morning I have to move early morning so I requested breakfast should be packed so we take it on the way they informed me breakfast time is 8.30am up to 8.30am no single person in restaurant and any breakfast. When I asked for breakfast they told me After 8.30 am they will arrange and no single person in cooking area finally they didn't provided breakfast so we started. In their restaurant no food is available of you need any food to walk a 1Km so. It's not a right choice for me. So friend don't book this hotel. Only one person he is doing all if you need water come to Ground floor to collect.
It provides a well maintained nd safe stay.. staff was cordial nd facilities were good.
The rooms are spacious and well cleaned. The service was good, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that the washroom was a bit small, but it was still manageable. The hotel has its own restaurant on the ground floor offering tasty and affordable food. Overall, it was a good experience.
