अगर आप सम्मान और शिष्टाचार की उम्मीद लेकर इस होटल में आ रहे हैं, तो बिल्कुल मत आइए। मैंने आज तक इससे ज्यादा बदतमीज़, असभ्य और गैर-पेशेवर रिसेप्शनिस्ट नहीं देखे। मेहमानों से उनका व्यवहार बेहद अपमानजनक और अहंकार से भरा था। ऐसा लगा जैसे ग्राहकों की कोई इज़्ज़त या अहमियत ही नहीं है। हॉस्पिटैलिटी इंडस्ट्री में ऐसे व्यवहार की कोई जगह नहीं होनी चाहिए। इस होटल का सबसे कमजोर और शर्मनाक हिस्सा इसका फ्रंट डेस्क स्टाफ है। इस अनुभव ने मेरा पूरा मूड और होटल के प्रति भरोसा खत्म कर दिया। मैं अपनी ज़िंदगी में दोबारा इस होटल में कभी नहीं रुकूँगा और दूसरों को भी यही सलाह दूँगा कि अगर आप सम्मानजनक व्यवहार चाहते हैं, तो किसी दूसरे होटल का चुनाव करें।
