We attended a friend's event at Grand Maurya Hotel & Resort, Mysore, and generally had a nice time. The property's atmosphere is wonderful, featuring a roomy and well-kept space that suits family events and celebrations well. The food at the event was enjoyable, offering a fair selection of tasty and well-made dishes. On the downside, the service needs considerable improvement. The staff appeared somewhat slow, and coordination during the event could have been better. More attentive and faster service would significantly improve the experience. In summary, it's a good spot for events due to its lovely setting and good food. With better service, it could provide an even more enjoyable experience. Recommended for functions, though management should work on raising hospitality standards.

The employees were kind and supportive. I visited with my family and we truly appreciated their warm welcome. I would definitely choose to stay here once more. An added plus is the cuisine. The restaurant offers delicious dishes and the staff there are fantastic.
