No power inside room after 11Pm only Smal washroom light was kept on . At Location limited jio signal to make phone call. Wifi is provided by hotel but it's unstable and very slow so no use . Room, washroom was clean and properly maintained. Staff was not available at night time to pick phone to fix power. Nearby waking distance no grosery shop or proper to pick needed items so plan your trip accordingly.Complimentary breakfast is okay

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking a Triple Deluxe Room with two separate beds through Agoda two months in advance for four people, the hotel refused to honor the price and demanded we pay additiona upon arrival.The room itself was in unacceptable condition. Water was leaking and dripping from the ceiling directly onto the bed throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep or stay comfortably. We found this only at night. Furthermore, there was no heater available, which made the stay even more difficult. There was also cockroaches on the bed.The only positive aspect was the breakfast, but that does not make up for the bait-and-switch pricing and the poor room maintenance. I ended up checking out early.

Positives :8 mins drive from lake.Car parking is available.Price is reasonable comparatively to other hotels.Room is spacious and neat.Complementary breakfast is too good.Negatives :Don't expect best views.Hotel cuts off power supply to rooms at nights.No power sockets in working for charging.Zero phone network. You need to travel half km to have network.Only one light in room will be there.Heater working depends on your luck.Power is not gareenteed.Hotel doesn't turn No backup generator.If you ask them about this, they will reply back in a rude way.They blames government for power shortage which is actually not. They do it purposely here.No card or gpay sometimes.only cash.

Very neat and clean value for money morning breakfast also good I booked in make my trip for one day I spend 2300 worth recommend to all kids playing area also very beautiful full safely for families

We have been been staying here everytime we visit Yercaud. Clean & hygenic rooms, good service and nice location. They have a restaurant within which serves very good food.
