Just recently stayed there. Not good experience that we had. Room was not cleaned properly. Some bed bugs and small small insects are roaming around at night we noticed it. Staff forces to leave the room for check out if you late little bit. I won't recommend this place at this price... This hotel isn’t worth the price, paying slightly more elsewhere is more comfortable.

My experience at this hotel was frustrating right from the start. The check-in process was extremely slow and poorly managed. I had to wait far longer than expected, with no clear communication or apology from the staff about the delay. After a long journey, the last thing any guest wants is to stand around in the lobby wondering when they’ll finally get their room.There seemed to be a lack of coordination at the front desk, and the staff did not appear concerned about the inconvenience caused. Basic hospitality ’ like keeping guests informed or offering a simple apology ’ was missing.This first impression really set a negative tone for the stay. The hotel seriously needs to improve its front desk efficiency and customer service during check-in hours.

The rooms are pretty average, but they’re very spacious, so I would say it’s decent value for money and the location is quite nice as well. You can walk to the beach, which is like maybe two minutes away. However, it’s not great for swimming as there is lots of sea cucumbers, and there’s no lifeguards. However, it’s a nice spot to sit and chill and enjoy a little bit of the waves. The water is pretty clean.

Greenwood beach resort will not provide handwash, mineral water or RO water. When asked they did give us water. TV was not working.Toilet WC was not clean and pot seat was broken.Tissue/toilet roll is not provided.Shampoo is not provided atleast Re. 1 shampoo sachet could be provided.For a 3.5k room atleast electric kettle or water / wifi should be provided.Even Geyser is not provided in the toilet.No checkIn details were shared. For wifi password had to go to reception, for any detail go to reception.Pay somewhere more and save yourself from this struggle. I have stayed in many places in this room budget but this one was ranked lowest in the list.Toilet was the worst - 1 starBedroom - 2 star
