Just recently stayed there. Not good experience that we had. Room was not cleaned properly. Some bed bugs and small small insects are roaming around at night we noticed it. Staff forces to leave the room for check out if you late little bit. I won't recommend this place at this price... This hotel isn’t worth the price, paying slightly more elsewhere is more comfortable.

My experience at this hotel was frustrating right from the start. The check-in process was extremely slow and poorly managed. I had to wait far longer than expected, with no clear communication or apology from the staff about the delay. After a long journey, the last thing any guest wants is to stand around in the lobby wondering when they’ll finally get their room.There seemed to be a lack of coordination at the front desk, and the staff did not appear concerned about the inconvenience caused. Basic hospitality ’ like keeping guests informed or offering a simple apology ’ was missing.This first impression really set a negative tone for the stay. The hotel seriously needs to improve its front desk efficiency and customer service during check-in hours.
