Lemongrass Resort & Spa

I had a lovely stay at Lemon Grass Resort, Havelock. The biggest highlight was its beautiful beachside location ’ the beach is just steps away, making sunrise walks and sunset views absolutely magical. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings made it perfect for relaxation. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help. Food was tasty with good variety. Overall, a great beach resort experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Havelock! ’’?

This was my second year staying at Lemongrass Resort & Spa, and unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing compared to my excellent experience last year.I stayed for two days and had informed the resort three days in advance to arrange pickup from the Havelock jetty, but no pickup was arranged, nor was any proper assistance provided on arrival.I had booked the stay with breakfast included for both days, but on the second day, I was unexpectedly told that breakfast was not included, which was confusing and inconvenient.Additionally, when I asked the resort staff for a local taxi contact number and bike rental booking assistance, the response was simply that they ’don’t know’ and ’don’t have any contacts’. This lack of basic local support was very surprising for a resort in a tourist destination.What makes this experience more disappointing is that my first-year stay was very good, with better service and support. Sadly, the service standards seem to have declined significantly this time.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves guest coordination, communication, and basic travel assistance, as the resort has good potential but needs much better service consistency.

Came for a family vacation and had a wonderful experience in every aspect. In terms of the location, the resort is situated beside a quiet section of the beach. In terms of the room, I found that it was spacious enough for two with modest accommodations. Finally, the food was phenomenal. We got service quickly and with great professionalism. In particular I would like to thank Sujay and Sourav for delightful service and a wonderful management of the resort’s restaurant. On top of this, the food was incredible.

Just few days back we had stayed there for 2 days during our Havelock Island tour as part of our Honeymoon trip. This resort is just awsome in all aspects. We are cordially welcomed & the person who welcomed us was also a bengali guy. It is a nice resort & having all the facilities. The cottage rooms provided for was are spacious along with wide bathrooms. Also the cottages are well decorated. During lights the cottages looks very nice after lighting. The foods served were also good. The wifi runs good all throughout. The complementary breakfast they provides are also so good. Lots of food options are present there. So no worries. The main attraction of this resort is the private beach. During night they also decorated the places near to their private beach so that you can enjoy your times with your loved ones so nicely. It is well connected from Havelock jetty so there are no issues on that. Overall its greatly recommended to everyone who are thinking to stay in Havelock & enjoy there.

Hotel and services and breakfast food is value for money. Its a beach property but the beach is filled with hard rock. For view it is nice and useful to spend time at beach but dont expect to enjoy the tide of sea to enjoy beach.
