There are lots of resorts here by the beach. This isn’t one of them.It has:Nice but old and shabby rooms which are overpriced by about 30 percent .It has nice but massively overpriced restaurant food . Again about 30-40 percent over price.( instead go to Srithi Bengali Thali /Hotel tamilnadu 1 minutes walk away -1/3 of the price)The Included breakfast has no fruit or cereals options. The only eggs are boiled eggs , no omelette , no fried eggs.The breakfast staff are good peopleAstoundingly they have no means of international card payment. What century are we in? Instead you must either carry huge wads of cash around or go 3kms to an ATM and pray it’s working.To add insult to injury, If you book by booking dot com they will add THEIR commission to YOUR bill, even though they aren’t supposed to .On the first night there was a party next door with huge bass speakers making things in my room jump about with the vibration. Sleep was impossible . For this I was paying over 5000 rupees.Stay somewhere else

Blue Bird Resort truly deserves a 5-star rating. The hotel, rooms, ambience, and overall hospitality were excellent. When my baby accidentally fell from the bed late at night, the hotel staff responded immediately and supported us with great care and concern. Beyond this incident, they consistently took care of every small need of tourists. Their warmth, responsiveness, and professionalism made our stay extremely comfortable and memorable.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, additional mattress available in room at all times, good breakfast options. Hence the price is high comparatively but worth it.Just 1 disappointing aspect during checkout was, the room service person asked to open our bags as there was 1 Tupperware type water bottle missing, only to be found outside the room by his colleague immediately. They could have handled this better. If missing, they could always add that amount to the bill instead of going through bags. Hence I am removing a star.

My experience at Blue Bird Restaurant in Swaraj Dweep was truly delightful. The place is surrounded by beautiful, serene views that immediately put you at ease. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and their unique interior design made the stay even more memorable.The staff was extremely humble and offered excellent hospitality throughout my time there. Their warmth and helpful nature added a personal touch to the whole experience. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff was just as humble and sweet, making every meal enjoyable.Overall, Blue Bird is a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Swaraj Dweep!

We stayed at Blue Bird Resort, Havelock for 3 nights and had a peaceful, enjoyable experience. The resort features beautiful bamboo-style cottages, offering a natural, eco-friendly charm. Everything was clean, well-kept, and surrounded by greenery, creating a calm and refreshing atmosphere.The location is excellent’just a short walk to a clean, quiet beach that’s perfect for relaxing and photography. It felt almost private and was a highlight of our stay.The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, offering useful local tips that made exploring the island easy and enjoyable.One of the best things about visiting Andaman is the honest and kind local community. We felt completely safe, with no pressure or scams’just genuine hospitality.Overall, highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing, authentic stay in Havelock.
