Staff were candid, reachable, Manager arranged vehicle for our trip to beach and scuba and gave us proper guidance.Restaurant food was delicious and staff was soft spoken, breakfast just amazing food items .Close to Beach, walkable distance.
We had an overall stay of 3 days at the hotel and most of the staff were courteous and helpful. However, there were a few areas where the experience could have been better.We were charged 2000 per day (6000 total) for our child’s stay, which we were fine with, but the breakfast experience was disappointing. When we requested one additional omelette, the kitchen staff responded rudely and mentioned that only one omelette is allowed per guest. The interaction felt unnecessary and unpleasant.The breakfast variety was also quite limited, and most days the options were mainly oily items like poori or bhatura. Some healthier or lighter options would improve the experience.Room service also needs improvement. Basic amenities like a fresh water bottle for the new day were not proactively provided unless specifically requested.Apart from these issues, the rest of the staff was polite and supportive.
The rooms were tiny in size, I paid 5600 rupees via this platform but would not have paid more that R 2500 if aware of the room size. Over that traveling to andaman for first time, the hotel staff though polite during the stay, misguided Over the call about ferry details to convince me to stay longer which I didn't.
