We had reserved the rooms in advance and paid a deposit, so after a long trip, we hoped for a bit more friendliness and hospitality. We realize that requesting the remaining payment before check-in might be the hotel's policy, and we were okay with that. However, his manner of speaking was quite rude and unprofessional. A courteous approach would have made a significant difference. The hotel really needs to enhance the hospitality and communication skills at the front desk.
