The stay was quite disappointing. The room lacked cleanliness, the facilities were in bad shape, and the property's condition did not align with what was described. Communication was challenging, and many promised amenities were missing. The experience was unpleasant and did not justify the price. I would avoid this homestay and not return.

Avoid this place by all means. It’s totally misleading on google to call it a 3-star hotel or even a hotel. It’s a very bad lodge to put it right.Rooms are infested with cockroaches.The rooms and beds are all damaged. Beds are sinking and creaking, may break anytime. Walls are chipped and water seepage is seen. Doors are damaged and peeling off. No hooks to keep any clothes inside bathroom. No mirror in any bathroom. We took 2 rooms and one room had no lock for the bathroom. TVs don’t work.No charging sockets. Only one TV plug point can be used for mobile charging.Sheets and pillow covers are damaged, torn. Feels like some street people stuff.After complaining they replaced torn sheets with better covers but cleaning is not proper. Under bed is horrible and not cleaned in months.No proper drinking water available, only option to buy water bottle from them ’20.They have no smoking signs but people smoke and drink in the rooms causing bad smell in the corridor entry way.Given 3 star for service only because they acknowledged all the complaints and said will try to fix. Staff are nice in that respect but management is worst to not spend on maintenance and upkeep.Never go here with family.

Stay away from this place at all costs. Calling it a 3-star hotel or even a hotel on Google is completely misleading. It's more like a very poor lodge. The rooms are infested with cockroaches. Everything in the rooms, including the beds, is damaged. The beds sag and creak and could break at any moment. Walls have chips and water leaks. Doors are broken and peeling. There are no hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom and no mirrors either. We booked two rooms; one didn't even have a bathroom lock. The TVs don't work. There are no charging sockets except one TV plug point that can be used for charging phones. The sheets and pillowcases are torn and look like they belong to homeless people. After complaining, they replaced the torn sheets with better ones, but cleaning is still poor. The area under the bed is disgusting and hasn't been cleaned for months. There's no proper drinking water; you have to buy a bottle from them for ₹20. Although they have no smoking signs, guests smoke and drink in the rooms, causing a bad smell in the hallway. I gave 3 stars only for service because the staff acknowledged the complaints and promised to fix things. The staff is nice in that regard, but the management is terrible for not investing in maintenance. Never come here with family.

The rooms are very small, the bathroom is not cleaned well, and the AC doesn't work at all.
