Stayed there during June last year. The hotel was going through renovation but we didnot get any kind of problems as the staff managed everything very neatly. The receptionist lady was very kind. I went there for an exam and was able to do my last min prep all thanks to the staff. Will stay there again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Worst experience I had till date!Me and my sister went for our competitive examinations. The internet online showed it as 'HOTEL O' but there's NO 'HOTEL O' in the Google Map. We had to pay for ’2000 per day. We were there for two days. I wonder why they provided that room to us only?! If they hadn't any then they should have mentioned NO ROOMS AVAILABLE.We had our Options! Horrible experience! Very Poor service.Used bedsheet and pillowcase were provided, hair strands on the bed and everywhere. No water for one whole day. Clogged bathroom and muddy/contaminated water running. Geyser non-functional. I hardly could use the bathroom. We were provided a rough blanket with holes in it. We had to order a blanket online from blinkit cuz we were told that they had no other blankets with them.The service there was not satisfactory at all.I would never suggest this hotel even to my sworn enemies. Very bad stay till date!

Very very dirty rooms with such a high price. If they will allow me to stay there for free also I will never stay there. I booked their room online and paid in advance but when I got to see the room, I just lost my mind. I cancelled it immediately and got zero refund. The staff were so unprofessional and rude and were so unwilling to solve your issue. I won't recommend this hotel to any one. Please remove this hotel from list of hotel in Guwahati because I don't think it's a place for humans to stay it's a trashbin, where you will find mouse roaming around the room. Also after I wrote review for their pathetic hotel they called me and were trying to convince me as if I was wrong and wanted me to apologise.

Worst experience at this hotel. The bedsheets and blankets are very old and dirty, showing clear lack of hygiene. The washrooms are poorly maintained, and there is no mat outside the washroom, causing water to spread and the rooms to get wet. Slippers get wet as well, making it very uncomfortable.Even after requesting the manager for extra blankets, they were not provided, which was very disappointing. Basic facilities are missing, including Wi-Fi. Overall, this place does not meet even minimum standards and I would not recommend staying here.
