I booked for 6 of us - including 2 children. Also I made my friends book the same hotel for convince sake(additional 2 room-4 members). But on arrival - they refused admission due to fully booked. At the same time - on an online platform- it was still showing available. It was 11 pm at night- with children. They seem to be intentionally diverting clients to lesser known- low grade hotel. And such trade practices must be discouraged and blacklisted.

The cleaner directly tried to unlock the door while I was in

I had booked a stay for few hours but they did not had any information available in their database. Later I was allotted a room where the cleaner lady came after some time and tried to directly open the door without knocking or anything although I had the upper lock engaged so she wasn’t able to come through. Once opened she asked about the checkout time.
