I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Parnil Residency! The rooms were spotless and very cozy, providing a great place to relax. The staff were excellent, always willing to help beyond expectations. Also, the location was perfect for sightseeing. Definitely recommend it!

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The customer service was lacking, and the staff were slow to address my requests. The room was not as clean as I had hoped, and some basic amenities were missing or malfunctioning. Even after notifying the front desk, the problems were not fixed. Overall, the experience fell short of my expectations, and I wouldn't suggest this hotel to others unless they enhance their service and hospitality.
