For a quick overnight stop, it served its purpose, but there were a few issues that made the experience less comfortable than expected.Check-in was straightforward, and both the parking attendants and room service staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Their willingness to assist was genuinely appreciated.The room itself was decent and reasonably comfortable for spending a single night. While it wasn't particularly modern and felt like it had been preserved from the 1990s, it was clean enough and met the basic requirements for a short stay.Our biggest disappointment was the hot water. During check-in, we were told that the hotel provides 24-hour hot water, so we expected a normal hot water supply in the bathroom. However, when we went to shower, there was no hot water available. Instead, the staff brought us buckets of hot water on request.Although the staff handled the situation politely, having to request buckets of hot water every time we wanted to shower was inconvenient and not what most travelers expect when booking a hotel. The comfort of a hotel is being able to use hot water whenever you need it, without having to wait or ask for it. It would have been better if the hotel had been transparent about the actual arrangement instead of advertising a 24-hour hot water facility.Parking was another minor inconvenience. Spaces inside the property are limited, so we initially had to leave our car on the street until a parking spot became available.Overall, the hotel was acceptable for a single night's stay when options are limited, but we didn't feel the facilities justified the price we paid. Improving the hot water system and being more transparent about the available amenities would make a significant difference to the guest experience.
