We had a terrible experience with the staff at reception who has no patience to take phone calls and confirm the booking. They said there is no booking on my name without doing any basic checks. The worst part is they were deliberately disconnecting the call mid conversation. Due to their reckless behaviour and the confusion caused by them, we had to reach out to Agoda’s customer care and the whole thing took 3 hours of my time for resolution. Just because of the behaviour of reception staff, I had to rate it low.
