Couple • India • Jul 2026Room bedsheets, pillow covers were very black and looking dirty. Towels and bath soap were given on request. One room was in 3rs floor staff denied to travel to 3rd floor and give towel ans soapa i had to Carry items to give to our group on other floor which is very unprofessional and disappointing.
