Hotel River Bay

Worst maintenance of the rooms, balcony was filled with bird poop n even after repeatedly asking to clean nobody came in our 2 day stay.Room was not cleaned properly, there was lot of dust behind the tables.Washroom door lock was broken.Main lock was jammed, we had to call the reception to get someone to open it from outside.Mattress was old.Restaurant is well maintained but too pricy, like 360 for a small plate of crispy corn, 60 for single pulka, don't even ask about non vegVery unprofessional behaviour when we asked about breakfast timings.Only good thing is the location though the area between the building n river bank is very dirty.N they said we will have free access to water park as we booked suite room, n the water park is usually closed on Mondays. We checked in on Thursday n when we asked for water park they said it's under renovation, such a disappointment for my kids.Atlast it was open on Friday.

The room maintenance was very poor; the balcony was covered in bird droppings and despite multiple requests, no one cleaned it during our two-day stay. The room cleaning was inadequate, with a lot of dust behind the tables. The washroom door lock was broken. The main door lock got jammed, and we had to call reception to get it opened from outside. The mattress was old. The restaurant is well kept but very expensive, charging around 360 for a small plate of crispy corn and 60 for a single pulka; the non-veg prices were even worse. The staff behaved unprofessionally when we inquired about breakfast timings. The only positive was the location, although the area between the building and riverbank was very dirty. They promised free access to the water park for suite bookings, but the park is usually closed on Mondays. We checked in on Thursday, and when we asked about the water park, they said it was under renovation, which was very disappointing for my kids. It finally opened on Friday.

Decent hotel if you don't mind sharing your room with a swarm of mosquitoes... maintenance is very poor.

Just arrived and everything is excellent

The rooms are in very old buildings and have a strong unpleasant odor throughout.
