The location is awesome. Place must have seen better days in the past. Presently it's completely run down. Very badly maintained rooms and premises. Buffet breakfast too was forgettable.Not recommended at all.Staff too is almost indifferent ’’.Sad experience overall.

Four words best describe River Bay Resorts : Decay, Disrepair, Dingy & Disinterest ! The entrance to the rooms is depressing, with disposal items stacked in your face. Either things don’t work or are missing altogether! The WiFi does not work. No shower or shower curtain in the toilet. There is a hand-shower, more water comes out of the pipe than the shower head!! The walls are filthy, the taps are rusted & leak, the towels are threadbare, rings are missing from curtains, empty wrappers etc under the bed. No louvres in the AC. What looks likePre-independence furniture. Vastly overpriced for the facilities. Avoid!

This place offers unbeatable value with a prime location that makes exploring easy, and the cleanliness is top notch.

Very beautiful property but rooms are very averagely maintained, room charges are pricey compared to the maintenance. Restaurant offers good options and food was also tasty. Breakfast was really good.
