The location is convenient, but there are issues with noise and room odor. The rooms are decent, and the service is acceptable. It's situated right beside the Ottapalam railway station, making it walkable if necessary. However, the rooms frequently have an unpleasant smell, particularly in the evenings after coming back. The continuous noise from the nearby railway station and passing trains can be quite disruptive.

Frustrating Experience

Very disappointing stay. Basic facilities like water were not available for hours, and the staff showed no concern or urgency in resolving the issue. I had to miss my schedule because I couldn't even get ready. This is not the standard anyone expects. Would not recommend.

The stay was very disappointing. Essential amenities such as water were unavailable for several hours, and the staff did not demonstrate any concern or urgency to fix the problem. I ended up missing my plans because I couldn't prepare myself. This is far below what anyone would expect. I would not suggest staying here.
