Couple • Jan 2026Most of the staff has no idea of what boundary is and will randomly open the door without even knocking and even if they do they r so impatient and will continuously ring the bell. The hotel from inside is very dim and is not properly lit up.. ventilation was also not good... Everyday water runs out until I hv to remind the staff of water. Cleaning services are also not that good. They won't come to clean if not told. Many stuffs were broken and not repaired.
