Had an amazing time at Hotel Baywalk! The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-kept. The location is great, and the overall vibe made our visit very peaceful. Special thanks to Sudesh Das for his exceptional service. He was courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. His hospitality really enhanced our experience. I strongly suggest Hotel Baywalk to anyone seeking a comfortable stay with top-notch customer care. Can't wait to come back!

My family reserved four rooms at this hotel, and each room had termites in the drinking water and cockroaches on the floor. When we raised the issue, the staff treated it like it was normal. This is the worst hotel; please stay away.

Great experience, lovely location

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The AC doesn't function well, there were insects in the water glasses and cups, the wifi is very poor, and the service is terrible. I complained many times but nothing was fixed. I am very disappointed with my stay here.
