I booked the executive room expecting a good view and a comfortable experience, but the room did not even have a open window for fresh air, like all windows were locked. There was also no refrigerator in the executive room, which was disappointing.Overall, I found the hotel a bit suffocating, and the narrow lanes added to the discomfort. The only positive aspect was the staff’s courteous and helpful nature, especially their support in allowing a flexible check-out since my flight was in the afternoon.Mavi rooftop restro is also good.
Had a comfortable stay at Tsg Emerald. Staff were polite abs their service was very good.Recommended as the facilities provided at such reasonable Price.
While serving onion, they served onion which has lot of fungus in it. They are not responsible for the same. I told them everything and asked sliced lemons for overcoming infection. Be careful
