Disappointing Family Stay

Strongly do not recommend this property at this price point. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms feel outdated. I booked this TSG property because I previously stayed at TSG Auro and had a good experience, so I expected similar standards. Unfortunately, this was my worst hotel experience.At this price, there are many better options available. The rooms are so tiny that kids don’t even have space to move around or play. It feels like the focus is more on revenue-generating facilities like the lounge and bar rather than guest comfort.

Stayed at TSG Emerald for 2 nights. Their common areas were clean and classy. The room needs proper cleaning. There was dust in the corners of luggage rack. The bathroom amenities were old and needs maintenance. Other than that had a good stay.
