The hotel room was not tidy.A/C wasn’t working properly. The staff used to turn it off from outside after few minutes of use. When asked the staff they said due to power supply issues ac was not working properly and they do not have power backup however I paid for A/C room and the room is not at all work for ***Didn’t provide a sealed water bottle.The fan was very noisy.There is no switch board and side table near the bed side which every hotel must have.Dirty pillows they shouldn’t use such dirty ones for the guests.No switch board near the kettle the guests must hold them to get it boil.Never ever can this Accommodation worth ***The staffs are unprofessional and not delivered good customer Service

Terrible experience. We reserved a family room expecting a large double bed and a single bed for three adults because we didn't want a mattress. They charged us the highest rate for their most expensive room, but the double bed was only slightly wider than a single bed. Two people couldn't fit on the double bed. When we asked for a mattress, the receptionist argued that no one had complained about the small bed before, even though I found many negative reviews about the small bed in the family room. She demanded 500 for the mattress, which felt unfair. We ended up having one person sleep on the floor with a blanket since the beds couldn't be connected due to different heights. Don't book this hotel; you'll regret it.

Terrible experience, no air conditioning despite paying for an AC room, and very poor service.
