Second time I am visiting the place. It has been deteriorating day by day.Despite of paying high room rent (possibly one if the highest in the area) Kinley water with marked map of 18 Rs charged 54.Services are pathetic. Reception guys are always busy chatting with themselves. Don’t have even the courtesy to take the baggage from Car and put it in the room despite multiple reminders.Only meeting Deepa is the restaurant area has always been a charm.

The property is extremely worth for value. Has a clean pool and neatly done spacious rooms. Has a restaurant and bar. The staff is super friendly. Some special mentions are Deepa Ji, Jyoti Ji, very supportive and tidy with their work. The cooks are also awesome with their preparations.Also the property has a huge banquet for parties. So it's a must visit property and you can plan your stay here on my recommendation. ’’

My experience was very good ’’I liked the atmosphere and the rooms were in very good condition.Only the food quality can be improved and they can probably introduce some more options in their breakfast menu.Otherwise stay was excellent.Pooja Sehdev made the day perfect and easy going as she took good care of the paper work on arrival.

Disappointing Restaurant Experience

Reviewing here just about their restaurant.Service was poor during late lunch hours on a Sunday, and there were only us for lunch.Chairs were dirty coz of spilled food and we had to ask to get them changed.We had north Indian food and it was okay for taste but their menu price doesn't proportionate with the quantity and quality.Paying around 15-20 percent more you can dine at ITC fortune which would give 100 percent more fulfillment as far as ambience and service are concerned.

Wonderful Dining Experience

Had a great stay at the hotel, but the highlight was definitely the restaurant. The Restaurant Captain ( Ms. Deepa Goswami) along with her other staff was amazing ’ super polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave great food suggestions too. Really appreciate her hospitality. Made the whole experience feel special!
