Hotel Dewa Goa

Very bad hotel the hotel is staff have no manners no cleanliness in the hotel. There sare cockroaches all over. Would not recommend to any one .. pathetic service by the manager and the hotel staff no decency to speak to customers

Proximity: Conveniently located just 1.6 km from the airport. Cleanliness & Pests: The room was very small and unhygienic, with a severe cockroach infestation under the bed when turning off the lights. Bathroom Facilities: The shower did not work directly, and the water flow was extremely slow, requiring a long wait just to fill a bucket.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. It resembled an old lodge more than a proper hotel. The building was quite aged, and the rooms emitted a strong, unpleasant odor. The mattresses, comforters, and pillows all smelled bad, making it hard to get comfortable. I had reserved two rooms—one for my father and one for my sister and me. We arrived around midnight after a long trip from Karwar and had an early flight at 6:30 AM, so we only needed a place to rest for a few hours. Although the online photos looked okay, the actual condition was very different. To make things worse, someone rang our doorbell around 1 AM, which startled us in the middle of the night. When I contacted reception, they said it was a Swiggy delivery person who mistakenly rang the wrong doorbell. Regardless, it made us feel very unsafe. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The place was unhygienic, poorly kept, and felt unsafe. I would not suggest staying here.
