There wasn’t internet and landline for service call and keep saying other room doesn’t have either as an excuse instead of try to sort it out !!Right after showed us how to the room by room service boy, he asked tips and I asked ’what’s that tip for ’and he just answered ’salary is too low and he needs to get tip right away because he gotta go school tomorrow so he can’t wait us till check out time’ ’’’’’??Owner was the most annoying. He loves debate and preaching about knowledge, rather than to fix his Hotel’s problems!!Worst experience!!

My experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the staff’s behavior was unprofessional. They were not helpful with luggage, yet they repeatedly asked for tips in a way that felt uncomfortable and inappropriate.In addition, it was difficult to contact anyone by phone, there was no proper Wi-Fi service available, and the food quality was not satisfactory. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff. They did not make guests feel welcome and showed very little respect or hospitality.Overall, the service did not meet basic expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, staff professionalism, and the overall guest experience.This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I have never seen such poor service and unprofessional behavior anywhere else. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations.I sincerely hope the owner and management take steps to improve the hotel in the future. The biggest area that needs improvement is the staff. They should be properly trained on how to treat guests with respect, professionalism, and hospitality. Making guests feel welcome and valued should be a top priority.I hope significant changes are made so that future guests can have a much better and more enjoyable experience than I did.

Right after the room service boy showed us to the room, he asked for a tip. When I asked what the tip was for, he said his salary was too low and he needed the tip immediately because he had school tomorrow and couldn't wait until checkout. The owner was very annoying, always wanting to argue and lecture about knowledge instead of addressing the hotel's problems. It was the worst experience!

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had, with service and behavior worse than anywhere else. I truly hope the owner and management take action to enhance the hotel, especially by properly training staff to treat guests with respect, professionalism, and hospitality. Making guests feel valued should be a priority. I wish for major improvements so future guests enjoy a much better experience than I did.
