Good for couple not good for banquate party and engagement party
I have frequently stayed at Dreamland in Zirakpur Hotel over a long period. Initially, their service was great, but lately, the quality has dropped a lot. The rooms are infested with mosquitoes, and the washroom jet pipe keeps leaking. Moreover, the service has become very slow. During our recent visit, we booked directly with the hotel. At check-in, the staff assured us that breakfast was free. However, later they said breakfast charges were still due. They even change their statements after check-in to ensure guests book the room. This is one of the worst places I've stayed at, with poor service and an unpleasant experience. I wouldn't suggest booking here if you want a comfortable, trouble-free stay.
