Very bad experience. Our stay was extremely uncomfortable due to infestation and bed bugs in the room. On top of that, there was no hot water, the bedsheets were not clean, and towels were dirty/not properly cleaned.We informed the staff, but they did not seem to care or take the issue seriously, which made the situation even worse. Hygiene and basic hospitality were completely lacking.I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone concerned about cleanliness

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was a terrible experience. We were given Room 302, which was in extremely poor and unhygienic condition. The bed was infested with bed bugs (khatmal), and due to bed bug bites, one of the guests had a medical emergency, which is very serious and unacceptable.On top of that, the geyser was not working, and the toilet flush was also not functional, making the room completely uncomfortable and unfit for stay. This shows a complete lack of basic maintenance and hygiene standards.We paid for a comfortable stay but instead faced health risks, stress, and inconvenience. Management did not take the issue seriously.I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone. Please think twice before booking.

Worst stay/experience,I had stayed for 5 night, in that period i changed 3 rooms, it had bed bugs, cockroaches, dirty bed pillow blanket, no proper cleaning done, even saw the rat in the ceiling. Blanket were torn, The room smelt like disinfectant spray. I could fell bed springs as well.Overall hospitality was not good

’ Extremely Disappointing & Harassing ExperienceI stayed at this hotel near the airport assuming basic hospitality standards would be maintained. Unfortunately, the experience was completely pathetic. Not safe for female solo travelers, Or family.The images shown on Booking.com were misleading and did not match the actual condition of the hotel. Bedsheets and blankets were torn and had to be changed three times. Despite raising concerns politely, the staff showed absolutely no concern for customer comfort and carried an ’I don’t care’ attitude throughout.I had to reduce my stay by one night due to an early morning flight. Payment was made via GPay and was successfully completed. However, after I had already left the hotel, the staff claimed they had not received the payment and started calling me repeatedly. I clearly communicated that I was travelling and would check and settle the payment within a week if required.Despite this clear communication, I was harassed daily with calls, including on Saturdays and Sundays. They were not willing to listen or understand and showed zero professionalism. I even conveyed that I would complete the payment provided the harassment stopped’but it did not.What shocked me the most was the language used by one of the staff members, including inappropriate words that are completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. There was no apology, no regret, and no sense of responsibility from their side. The behaviour was rude, arrogant, and frankly felt male-chauvinistic.I have stayed at Hotel Golkonda earlier and had a wonderful experience, which made this one even more disappointing. At this point, the behaviour of the staff and management has made me uncomfortable to even communicate further or settle the ’2173 amount, until the management themselves reach out with a genuine realisation of how customers should be treated and with genuine apology instead of saying the customer my foot, and inappropriate words. The hotel staff genuinely has lots of ego issues.Hospitality is about respect, empathy, and professionalism’none of which were present here. I would strongly advise travellers to think twice before booking this property.
