Quality Inn Residency

Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The entire staff was warm, courteous, and very helpful throughout our visit. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious as well. If you’re near the Hyderabad Railway Station, this place is definitely worth checking out!

We stayed at this hotel because we had done our training in 2005. It was a nostalgia staying in the same hotel where we did outlr training during our hotel management course. It was a great experience. We met few old managers and staffs also.

We went on a trip to Hyderabad for 3 days and we stayed in the hotel for about 2 days you could say. The ROOMS, SO BAD, were NOT HYGIENIC at all. There were cockroaches all over the places even in the mini fridge. The mini fridge was dirty and filled with mould. The drawers in the rooms were rusty crusty with no proper cleaning, again. It was filled with mould, again. There was old branded kettle which didn't even work and had to smack it while it was on and was dangerous as well. The room's door had to be shut twice to stop the 'opened door' noise. The beds were okay but still it was mouldy. The electrical system was not good as well, the lightings didn't even make sense because one of them would stay on no matter what. There were wardrobes, we didn't keep anything inside it because of the room's condition. Worse. The TV wasn't working as well. No doubt about the network because not everyone wants to watch it but there were no options of screen casting as well (can be a pro or a con but as a 3.9 rated hotel, TV should have been working at least). Now, the BATHROOMS, THE WORSE. The toilets were clean, thankfully. The basin was really dirty and there were towels instead but with dust on it. There were lots of dust particles, thankfully we had carried our own towels. They had given moisturizer, shower gel, shower cap and soap but can't be trusted for quality. The shower was okay. There were no mats to dry your feet so we had kept one of their towels there. The mirrors were uncleaned as well. Now, the ROOM SERVICE, THE WORST, we wanted to give our clothes for laundry and we called them for it, the receptionist said that they would arrive soon but guess what, they still didn't arrive when we checked out and came back for our lunch, ironic, isn't it? We even asked to help us screen cast our mobile screen on the TV, no one arrived as expected. When we talked about the issue to the receptionist, they said, "TV is not working since months." Then why do you even have it? For it to ask as a mirror where we can't even see a face?! Like what's going on there?! The hotel's exterior is fabulous indeed but not the interiors. For the FOOD, lastly, there were same breakfast everyday and the poha made there was really bad, it had something which we had never seen in poha. The food was unappetizing for sure. The rotis were burnt and the sabji were raw sometimes or overly cooked sometimes, one time the food wasn't even edible. Being in Hyderabad and not having hyderabadi biryani is something you shouldn't do of course, we at least expected traditionally made or atleast authentically made hyderabadi biryani but it was a flop. It wasn't like hyderabadi biryani at all. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel until and unless they improve their service, hotel rooms and bathrooms and chef.

The hotel is well connected to the metro, with Nampally Station (Red Line) at a walkable distance of 2 to 3 minutes, making it easy to get around the city. Most of the popular tourist spots are also just 10’20 minutes away.The rooms are average but neat, clean, and peaceful. The food can be a bit spicy, but the quality is good overall.

Worst experience must say as price is too high but experience is way too low recommend you to choose something else than this hospitality is soo bad must say
