I don't want to give these guys a bad review because after being scammed by the guy at SM Deccan a few doors down the road they helped us out, were super accommodating and even offered us rooms at a better rate (1 night with early check-in in) as we arrived at 5am. So let me focus on the good bits first, with the main one being their attitude. Super helpful, really friendly and saved our night!The breakfast, included in the very reasonable price was very tasty and judging by how many people were in and out of the restaurant all day, I think it's a popular local choice also.The security help stop us getting bothered outside the entrance which was handy as well.The room in general was clean, especially the bathroom, although the walla obviously hadn't been done. I even had what looked like blood on the wall next to the bed. Looked like someone with a nose bleed sneezed in bed. The bedding and towel weren't necessarily the cleanest although with the bedding it was only some hair on the sheets, nothing that Made me turn round and leave, but the towel was’ shall we say crusty.Finally in my room (so just 1 out of 3) the shower only had cold water.All in all a couple of minor problems but generally speaking a really friendly hotel that Helped us out, and had some delicious breakfast!

Very close to airport. They have shuttle for rs600. Also have autos for cheaper. Breakfast kind of lacking. Hoped for chai in morning but was told not ready until 8. Breakfast start at 7 and my flight at 9 :(

Everything I enjoyed like is the behavior, cleanliness, hygiene. Everything is perfect.

I booked one room for 11th December, 2025 inn their Hyderabad hotel and paid advance for the same. Due to ongoing turmoil arising from mass cancellation of Indigo flights, I am compelled to cancel my booking. As per their policy if any one cancels before 48 hours, full refund should be paid. But today on 8th December morning when I requested them to cancel, they replied "cancellation is not possible". This is a gross violation of their own rules.However, later on with prompt intervention by the General Manager, the Hotel has already refunded the money to my account. A Great Gesture indeed! ’’
