Very disappointing experience at Hotel Kass.We clearly ordered a vegetarian meal, but were shocked to find eggshells in the soup that was served. When we raised the issue with the manager, the response was essentially "it's up to you," showing no concern for customer satisfaction or food quality. As a result, we decided to walk out.The restaurant area also had a strong, unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. We specifically requested that the door be closed to prevent smoke from entering the family dining area, but our request was ignored and the door remained open.It appears that the management's primary focus is on the bar rather than providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for families dining in the restaurant. Poor service, poor food handling, and an unpleasant atmosphere made this a very disappointing visit.I would not recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a clean, smoke-free dining experience. Please avoid.

Good hotel. Worth to money.Rooms are neat and clean and spacious. Wash room are also neat and clean. Hair dryer, shabingkit, dental kit, hand wash. Sopa, sampoo, head cap are sufficient. Having own restaurant and food is also good.
