Enjoyed a wonderful meal here; first visit was with friends and it's become our regular spot since, also brought family along. The food is excellent and prices are quite fair. The staff are friendly, making the overall experience very positive.

This hotel is situated on Medipally Main Road and is accessible from the bus stop. Charallapalli Station is about 20-30 minutes away. I initially paid Rs. 890 online, then paid Rs. 5426 at the hotel for a 3-day stay. They charged me Rs. 1500 for early check-in, which I said was too high since I was also checking out early at the same time. They still insisted on Rs. 1000 payment but did not provide a bill. The room is large with a spacious bathroom, suitable for two people. However, there were many small cockroaches and some mosquito bites. Daily complimentary tea and water were not provided automatically; I had to call to request tea, water bottles, towels, and room cleaning. The rooms and service need improvement. The dining experience was good, with a nice restaurant atmosphere and tasty food. The complimentary buffet breakfast had limited options but was appreciated. For Rs. 7400, the stay and location were acceptable, but service and room quality should be improved to meet customer expectations. Overall, a neutral experience.
