Extremely Disappointing Experience This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The photos shown online are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property at all.When we arrived, the hotel was under renovation, with construction work going on. The room was in a pathetic condition. The bedsheet had stains, the AC was not working, and after check-in, we had to spend nearly an hour dealing with all these issues. An electrician eventually came to fix the AC, but this is absolutely not what a guest should have to experience after paying for a hotel room.The bathroom was equally disappointing, with leakage, salt deposits on the tiles, and a completely damaged toilet commode. The overall condition of the room and bathroom was extremely poor and unhygienic.My biggest concern is that the hotel is displaying attractive photos online that do not match the actual property. Guests should not be misled into booking a place based on photos that do not represent its current condition. At the very least, please update the photographs and clearly inform guests if the property is under renovation.I am attaching photographs as proof of the actual condition we experienced. I strongly recommend checking the current condition of the property before booking. This was an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience, and unfortunately, one of the worst stays I have ever had.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This property charges premium rates, but the quality is worse than many budget hotels. It honestly feels like they are charging high prices just to loot unsuspecting customers.The room was in a terrible condition from the moment I entered. There were cockroaches crawling around, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. The floor looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for days. There were stains and signs of people spitting in different areas, making the room feel unhygienic and disgusting.The washroom was equally shocking. The toilet pot was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly before handing over the room to a new guest. The bathroom floor and corners were filthy, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout. A clean washroom is the most basic expectation from any hotel, but this property completely failed.To make matters worse, the complimentary water bottle itself was dirty, with visible marks and grime on the outside. If something as simple as a water bottle isn’t clean, it makes you question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel.The entire room looked poorly maintained, and housekeeping seemed either careless or completely absent. It was impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed in such an environment.What is most disappointing is that the hotel charges rates that would make you expect decent service and cleanliness. Instead, guests are greeted with unhygienic rooms, poor maintenance, and a complete lack of basic hospitality. This is not value for money—it feels like customers are being overcharged for an experience that falls far below acceptable standards.I strongly recommend that anyone considering this hotel think twice before booking. Until the management takes cleanliness, pest control, and guest hygiene seriously, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book a hotel that actually respects its guests and provides the minimum standards of cleanliness and service.If you’d like, I can also  make it even sharper and more sarcastic while keeping it within typical review platform guidelines.

Very bad and in my whole life I visited many hotels I didn’t see the water problem there is water problem no clean toilets and there are mosquitoes in the rooms very bad they are charging *** per extra bed and the bad is in bad condition I recommend don’t visit this hotel .

The rooms are small, with bathrooms a bit untidy, needs much deeper cleaning. Water facility and cleaning needs to be improved. Rest renovation is on going, so might improve after that. Mosquitos in room are definitely a bad point.
