Very disappointing stay. We were wrongly billed ₹80 for a "broken glass" even though we didn't break anything. What made it worse was that no one told us about this fee at checkout. We only found out when we looked at the bill later, which is very unprofessional. Also, the geyser in our room was broken, and there was no food service available, which made our stay more uncomfortable. Unexpected fees without explanation, poor upkeep, and lack of basic amenities are unacceptable. I wouldn't suggest staying here unless the management improves transparency and customer care.

We stayed at this hotel for two days. We booked our room offline and were given a specific rate at the time of booking. However, when checking out, we were charged a higher price. The staff said it was due to a "misunderstanding," which was quite disappointing. It seemed like the room rates were fluctuating daily like stock prices. Such pricing methods are unexpected, especially at a prominent tourist spot and one of our sacred DHAM. This experience left us unhappy. We hope the management improves pricing transparency and ensures the rate confirmed during booking is honored to prevent inconvenience for future guests. Please be cautious when booking your rooms here.

This was the worst experience I've had overall. The room condition did not match the price we paid. We booked three rooms, and all of them had moisture on the floors and walls, which should have been cleaned by mopping and sweeping, but it was not done. Also, during checkout, they demanded extra money, claiming the room price increased daily, which was never informed to us beforehand. I would not suggest staying here as there are better options near the temple in Dwarka.
