Firstly hotal is not near mandir .10-12 min walking.secondly they alloted room on first flour to us where no wifi is available and in room ac is not working properly.
Staff service's is very very bed, no wifi, no internet service, no room service, no RO Water & no staff response's setisfive .Oll over all service's very bed.
Hotel very bad if I had a option of zero rating I would prefer that. They don't care about customers ,they don't even care that I was coming with a family of 7 at 9 pm at night and they just cancelled our booking no email no phone like imagine you are in middle of nowhere going to a hotel and they suddenly cancel your booking ,we didn't even eat food because we were going to eat at the hotel and all the restaurants are closed what should we do
