Overall worst experience ever, room was not well maintained as per the price quoted,we had booked 3 rooms and all rooms were full of moisture from the floor and wall, it should have been cleaned by moping and sweeping, but it wasn’t. Additionally while checking out they asked for extra money, they mentioned our room price increases everyday and we were surprised because it wasn’t communicated to us before. Would not recommend going for this as you will get better option in Dwarka near bytemple.

I booked this property offline, and the price quoted at the time of booking was different from what I was asked to pay at checkout. During checkout, they demanded extra money, claiming there had been a misunderstanding.It feels like their room prices work like share prices’they can increase during your stay, and you'll only find out when it's time to check out. This was an unpleasant surprise and left me feeling misled. I would recommend confirming the final price in writing before staying here.

Very nice experience. Service is good. Rooms are fairly good, average but good condition. Overall good stay. Behaviour of staff and people in the hotel is great, spiritual, that's the thing I liked the most. Also, it is Dwarka, Krishna nagri, so air is full of Krishna.. ’’’’JAY DWARKADISH

Hotel Staff takes full money in advance and gives you false assurances that cancellation will be refunded as per the customer request but when customer asks for refund money they say it’s not their policy. We even pointed out the policy they have printed on the reception in which they have mentioned Rs.500/- will be deducted for early checkout and amount will be refunded they said it’s printing mistake and there is no policy. Hotel owner never meets the customers nor answers the customer complaints. Very very bad horrible experience. Rooms are also very small for what they charge. Hot water is also not available for bath. Don’t recommend this place at all.
