The hotel staff was very dirty, nothing was good. I will never stay in this hotel again in my life. It was a very bad experience and there was a lot of filth. I earned money, but for the amount I paid, station hotels are better. It was a very bad experience. Absolutely rubbish, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Grand Heritage. There was no electricity for 2–3 hours and they didn’t even have a proper generator backup. The staff was completely unhelpful and careless throughout the stay. Cleanliness was very poor, rooms and surroundings were not maintained at all. Definitely not worth the money they charge.The worst part was during the middle of the night when some drunk people tried to enter our room. It was genuinely scary and unsafe. To make it worse, there was nobody available at the reception at that time to help us. Felt completely insecure staying here. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
The Shower in our room was not working, The water was hard, bedsheet was dirty but after complaint they changed it. Overall the experience was ok, but for a room (deluxe) that small the costing around 2.5k was not worth it. We expected the room to be little bigger
