Absolutely the worst hotel experience. They refused to let me check in despite having a reservation and paying in advance. On top of that, they charged extra for the stay, nearly double the original price. The staff were impolite, and the rooms were very unhygienic. Truly the worst experience I've had.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. The toilet flush was not working properly, the bedsheets were torn and unclean, and there was no TV. The AC was broken, the fan switch was faulty, and there was no proper storage space. Overall, the room was poorly maintained and not worth the stay.
