The management of the hotel is very bad, the room service is even worse, if the AC of the room is not working or there is no water in the bathroom, despite telling, it does not get corrected, no staff here is ready to listen, if you call and enquire about the hotel, you will be told the best that can be provided, you will not get that facility after coming here, this is a 3 star hotel, it has 0 star facilities,you will get deluxe facilities, if you want a non-AC room, then they will tell you the rate of the hotel, something else will be done after reaching the hotel.In a way, believe that if you are helpless then these people will take undue advantage of your helplessness.
