Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our stay at Hotel Green, behind Parmarth Niketan, on the dates of 18th–19th.Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely poor. Basic facilities such as drinking water were not properly provided, and even the tap water was not available during our stay. This caused great inconvenience to us.Additionally, the service provided by the hotel staff was very unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Despite charging a high price for the stay, the quality of facilities and hospitality was far below expectations.We are highly disappointed with the services and would like to register this as very negative feedback. We hope you will look into these issues seriously and improve your services for future guests.Thank you.
