Rooms are hygienic and spacious. No shaving kit provided. Staff behaviour is good. Very near to railway station . literally 2 mins by car. Food is good. Prompt service from housekeeping as well. Smooth check in , assisted to room by front desk executive

Stayed at this hotel in Bhubaneswar and honestly’ felt like royalty but with a sense of humor ’?From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth, classy, and super comfortable. The rooms were clean, the vibe was luxurious’?But the real highlight? Ms. Sonali DasHer cooperation was so good that I started wondering if I booked a hotel or hired a personal manager ’?Always smiling, super helpful, and handling everything like a pro ’ she literally upgraded my whole experience.If luxury had a friendly face, it would be her!10/10 stay. Would definitely come back (and maybe extend my stay next time because leaving was the hardest part ’?)

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. Food quality was excellent with a good variety of options.A special thanks to Mr. Amit for the excellent bar service’truly outstanding and well-managed. Also, thanks to Mr. Deepak Mishra for his kind and supportive behavior, which made the stay even more pleasant.Special mention to Ms. Asha and Sonali at the reception for her understanding nature and warm, customer-friendly behaviour’she made the check-in and overall experience very smooth.Overall service was smooth and satisfying. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable experience!

Absolute Trash Disguised as a Luxury Hotel ’ Shameful ExperienceHHI International, BBI is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry. Calling this place a premium hotel is a straight-up lie.I paid a ridiculously high amount and was dumped into a room that felt worse than a budget lodge. This was not just disappointing’it was insulting.The bed was sagging, uncomfortable, and felt like it belonged in a broken hostel. Sleeping was a struggle.The air conditioning was completely useless’either noisy, ineffective, or both. The room never cooled properly, making the night miserable.The bathroom was disgusting’poorly maintained, outdated, and clearly not cleaned to any standard. For a hotel charging premium prices, this is absolutely unacceptable.The overall room condition was pathetic’old furniture, zero maintenance, and no basic comfort. Every corner screamed neglect.This hotel is surviving purely on a fake image and past reputation. The management clearly doesn’t care anymore, and it shows in every detail. There is no justification for charging such high prices for such cheap, degraded rooms.Staying here was a complete waste of money, time, and peace of mind. I regret choosing this hotel and strongly warn others’DO NOT make the same mistake.There are far better hotels in BBI that actually respect their guests.HHI International does not.Avoid. Overpriced. Poorly maintained. Not worth a single rupee.

I rarely write posts like this, but today I feel it’s important to share my experience at Hotel Hindustan International.After a long day, all you want is a clean room and peace. Unfortunately, my first room (108) had non-functional Wi-Fi. I was then shifted to Room 422, near the swimming pool tower’but that came with its own disappointment:Water in the shower had a strong stinking smellThe mirror was badly damagedSanitaryware was full of stains, which was honestly unsettlingIt was frustrating and emotionally draining, especially when expectations are built around a reputed hotel.That said, I also want to be fair. After raising the concern, I was moved again to Room 423, and I must say’this room is genuinely nice. Clean, comfortable, and finally what a guest hopes for and more importantly they are using Jaquar Faucet and SanitarywareThis post isn’t to complain blindly, but to highlight how consistency matters. One good room cannot compensate for multiple poor experiences before it.I truly hope the management looks into maintenance seriously, because the potential is there’and guests deserve better.Honest feedback. No drama. Just the truth.
