HOTEL O Upasana

This hotel stay was one of the worst I have ever encountered. The room was filthy and unsanitary. The staff acted very poorly and were quite rude. When I asked them to turn on the AC and clean the room, they yelled at me instead of assisting.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff's behavior was very rude and unprofessional. The room was in very poor condition, the air conditioner was not working, and the toilet was dirty.The bed had bedbugs, and I was bitten by them. Because of this, I couldn't sleep the whole night. This was completely unacceptable and affected my health and comfort.I booked the room for 850, but the hotel also charged me an extra 400 without a proper explanation. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Avoid this place or you might face a bad situation within 30 minutes; no cleanliness, lights and fans not working properly, terrible bed and bedsheets, pillow covers that will make you feel like vomiting, and the room is full of insects.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The cleanliness was unacceptable. We found empty beer bottles and used condoms in the washroom area, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The bathroom was so dirty that it was difficult to even enter. There was no bucket, the toilet seat was broken/not working properly, and basic cleanliness was missing. The room was not provided with a bedsheet initially, and we had to ask for one. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values hygiene or basic comfort.

The hotel provided a very bad and dirty room, he started behaving bad, and says that if to want to saty then stay otherwise go away, then he took extra 300 then provided a little bit better room but still that was dirt
