I checked in on 9th and checked out on 10th.The vibes of the stay are full of positivity and the greet at the entrance and the reception make the experience more special.We had a warm welcome with initially Yogi and then Suahil at the recwption who enaured that the Customer is their priority and were thoroughly Professional.However the housekeeping was aloppy and seemed they were shirking working and their were delayed responses.Service industry success story should be based Customer Centric.It has been overall a very soothing experience with easy access to the restaurant.Certainly would live to visit again.The ambience and the space and the rooms portray larger than life picture.Must stay Hotel.God bless the management and the staff.

Although rooms are clear but basic requirements such as slippers, nepkin, toothpaste and shaving kits are not provided.Apart from the above there are car parking problem also. 3-4 parking slot in front of hotel were reserved and guest couldn't park there. Can management clarify for whom these slots were reserved? In one parking slot hotel car was parked. I was forced to park my car far away.

Amazing experience for short stay, specifically Front Desk executive was very helpful and excellent human upgraded our iris suite to junior suite - premium room. Room was amazing with top notch amenities.Rupesh from housekeeping was excellent and very polite in behaviour.Iconic Amrik sukhdev dhaba just a step way.Lively environment.Highly recommended property and will surely visit again in future.

A decent hotel for business stays. Well maintained and clean. The rooms are well appointed with a calming aesthetic.Special note needs to be given to housekeeping. The turn down is simply unmatched, even better than some 5-star chains I've been to.Only con is the breakfast buffet, serving the same dishes everyday.
