Disappointing Stay Experience

I stayed at this hotel for a single night, and sadly, the experience did not justify the price paid. The room was cramped, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was no coffee available and no suitable option for hot water. When we asked for extra drinking water, we were charged, which was disappointing. For two guests, only one towel was given. The staff seemed somewhat unprofessional, and the service lacked attention to basic guest needs. There is definitely a need for improvement in cleanliness, staff professionalism, essential amenities, and customer service. I hope management views this feedback constructively and strives to enhance the experience and satisfaction for future guests.
